COMPENDIUM - LETTERS TO YOU

Unless otherwise indicated all products listed on our website are in-stock and ready to ship from our bricks and mortar store in Mount Lawley, Western Australia.

For items shipped within Australia, orders under $149 are charged a flat rate of $12 for standard post or $19.90 for express unless otherwise indicated. For orders $149 and above, standard post is free unless otherwise indicated (excludes coins and some oversized products).

For items shipped to New Zealand, postage is a flat rate of $20. Orders above $150 NZD receive free standard shipping unless otherwise indicated.

We don’t like waiting for parcels either so orders are usually dispatched the same day as received (on weekdays), however in some instances may take longer (for example during promotional periods and new product releases).

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with signature on delivery required. While this adds an extra layer of security, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our premises.
