Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I visit you in store to place an order?
Yes. You're welcome to pop into our store at 672 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect gift, check availability, or place an order in person.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a personalised message?
Yes to both. You can add a personal message at checkout and we will include a handwritten note with your order. Gift wrapping is available for a small additional charge, added at checkout. Every order is packed with care so your gift arrives ready to give.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Physical gift cards are available in store at 672 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley. For online orders, digital gift cards are available here and can be used across our full range.
Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide. Orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping. We ship via Australia Post with tracking included on every order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders the next business day. Delivery times vary by location: Perth metro is typically 2–4 business days, and the rest of Australia is 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to New Zealand. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20. Orders over $150 NZD receive free standard shipping.
Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout and add your personal message. We do not include pricing or invoices inside the parcel, so it is ready to gift straight from the box.
Click & collect
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes. Select “Click & Collect” at checkout and your order will be ready to pick up from our store at 672 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley. Allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready, though it is often much sooner. We will contact you as soon as it is ready for collection.
Is ID required for click & collect?
We may ask to confirm your name or order number when you collect, particularly for higher-value items. This is just to make sure every order reaches the right person. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, a restocking fee may apply. Sale items and personalised products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we will make it right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at help@oliviaandgrace.com.au with your order number and a brief note about the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Can I exchange a Jellycat or other soft toy?
Yes, exchanges are welcome within 30 days provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Soft toys must be unwashed and free from odours. If you are unsure, just reach out before sending anything back and we will work through it with you.

Do you stock Jellycat?
Yes! We are proud to be an authorised Jellycat retailer and one of Western Australia's best-stocked destinations for the full Jellycat range. Stock varies, so check online or contact us to ask about a specific character. New arrivals land regularly.
What other brands do you carry?
We stock a carefully curated range of premium gift brands including Jellycat, Hommey, al.ive body, Orbitkey, Moleskine, Koko Black, and more. Every brand we stock is one we personally believe in. Our range covers gifting across five pillars: Give, Play, Write, Wear, and Collect.
Do you offer a curated gifting service?

Can I request a product you don't currently stock?
We love hearing from customers about what they are looking for. While we can't always source every request, we do take product suggestions seriously. Send us a message and we will see what we can do.

Where are you located?
Our store is at 672 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley, Western Australia. We are a family-run business and part of the local community. Come in and say hello.
What are your trading hours?
We are open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am to 1:00pm.
