We are disappointed you left us a one star review. Your order was placed on a public holiday and sent within two business days from ordering. It was part of a new coin release which saw huge demand. Tracking shows it has been delayed in the Australia Post network which is unfortunate but beyond our control. We are in Western Australia and you are in regional NSW. We still think we are worthy of more than one star especially given if you purchased this product else where they have a 20 day dispatch time.
