• Thin, comfy liner hidden in the brief
• Perfect for school carnivals and swimming lessons
• For light to moderate days

Sizing: Choose the same size as her Bonds or Target underwear. If she wears a girls' size 14 in underwear, choose a teen 14. Between sizes? Choose the larger.

How it works: Hidden in the lining of the brief is a thin, discreet absorbent layer that holds blood or discharge. Behind it sits a waterproof layer that keeps pool and beach water out, then a moisture wicking layer for extra leak protection. It's super thin, so there's no bulk, and it dries fast. The liner has been independently lab tested to hold 6ml, about one standard tampon. It's made for light to moderate days, not heavy days.

Wash & care: Wash before first wear to help activate the absorbency fibres. Rinse in cold water after swimming, then wash on a cold gentle cycle in a delicates bag. No fabric softener, do not soak. Hang in the shade to dry and do not tumble dry.
