You know that moment when a room just smells right? We've been chasing it for a while, and we're thrilled to say Glasshouse Fragrances is now on our shelves at Olivia & Grace.
An Australian story
Glasshouse is Australian-born. It started in Sydney almost 20 years ago, when New Yorker Nicole Eckels moved here and couldn't find a candle that actually smelled like something. So she made one. The name comes from the Glass House building on King Street in Sydney, and the brand has been growing ever since.
Today the candles are made in Rydalmere, in Western Sydney, using Glasshouse's own triple scenting process. That means big, long-lasting fragrance, not a whisper you have to lean in to catch. It's an Aussie brand that now sells in 11 countries and is stocked in the US at Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. Pretty great for a candle that began in Sydney.
Scents that take you somewhere
Every Glasshouse fragrance is inspired by a place or a moment. A Tahaa Affair is all tropical vanilla and coconut. Kyoto in Bloom is soft, floral and fresh. Lost in Amalfi is sunny and sparkling, and Midnight in Milan is deep and moody. It's a holiday for your nose, no passport required.
